Royal Court of Justice of Bhutan

Official website of the Bhutan judiciary and Royal Court of Justice. The site provides information on the structure of the courts in Bhutan and an outline of the legal system. There are sections covering court procedures, judicial reforms and the appointment of judges. Legislation relevant to the courts is provided in full text on the site including the Civil and Criminal Procedure Code, the Penal Code, the Evidence Act of Bhutan and the Judicial Service Act.

This is an English translation of Justinian's code, taken from the authoritative Latin version, available on the website of the College of Law at the University of Wyoming.
