Kosrae State Court Decisions

A PacLII database containing decisions of the Kosrae State Court in the Federated States of Micronesia, 1985 onwards. The cases can be browsed by name or year, and there is a search facility. PacLII, the Pacific Islands Legal Information Institute, provides free access to legislation and cases for jurisdictions in the South Pacific; it is a joint initiative of the University of the South Pacific and the Australasian Legal Information Institute.

Chuuk State Court Decisions

A PacLII database containing decisions of the Chuuk State Court (previously known as the Truk State Court) in the Federated States of Micronesia, 1985 onwards. Cases are listed by name and year, and there is a search facility. PacLII, the Pacific Islands Legal Information Institute, provides free access to legislation and cases for jurisdictions in the South Pacific; it is a joint initiative of the University of the South Pacific and the Australasian Legal Information Institute.

Supreme Court of Federated States of Micronesia Decisions

A PacLII database containing selected decisions of the Supreme Court of Micronesia from 1981 onwards. The cases can be browsed by year or name, and there is a search facility.  PacLII, the Pacific Islands Legal Information Institute, provides free access to legislation and cases for jurisdictions in the South Pacific; it is joint initiative of the University of the South Pacific and the Australasian Legal Information Institute.

High Court of the Cook Islands Decisions

A PacLII database containing decisions of the High Court of the Cook Islands from 1977 onwards. Cases are listed by name and year, and there is a search facility. PacLII, the Pacific Islands Legal Information Institute, provides free access to legislation and cases for jurisdictions in the South Pacific; it is a joint initiative involving the University of the South Pacific and the Australasian Legal Information Institute.

Irish Legal Information Initiative

The Irish Legal Information Initiative (IRLII) is a free site providing Irish legislation, cases and a journal index including a few full-text articles. The site is run by University College Cork Law Faculty to complement the services offered by the British and Irish Legal Information Institute (BAILII). IRLII contains the text of leading Irish cases and recent Irish statutes prior to inclusion in BAILII. Cases can be browsed by subject, court and date. Statutes are available from 1999 onwards and statutory instruments from 2002. 

Court of Appeal of New Zealand decisions

An NZLII (New Zealand Legal Information Institute) web database providing free public access to decisions of the New Zealand Court of Appeal. Most of the cases are from the 1990s onwards, but many earlier cases are also available, back to one from 1867. Cases are listed by name and year, and there is a search facility. NZLII is a joint project of the University of Otago Faculty of Law, the Victoria University of Wellington Faculty of Law and the Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII).

North West Territories Territorial Court Decisions

A CanLII database including decisions released by the Territorial Court of the North West Territories since June 2001. Decisions can be searched or browsed by date. CanLII, the Canadian Legal Information Institute, is a key service providing free access to Canadian primary legal materials. The practice rules of the Court are also made available on the site. The service has been designed by LexUM at the University of Montreal (using software developed by AustLII) on the initiative of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada.

North West Territories Supreme Court Decisions

A CanLII database including all decisions rendered by the Supreme Court of the North West Territories since May 2001 and selected decisions from 1985 onwards. Practice rules of the Court are also provided on the site. Decisions can be searched or browsed by date. CanLII, the Canadian Legal Information Institute, is a key service providing free access to Canadian primary legal materials. The service has been designed by LexUM at the University of Montreal (using software developed by AustLII) on the initiative of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada.

North West Territories Court of Appeal of the Territories Decisions

A CanLII database containing all decisions of the Court made available on the NWT Court website from 1996 with selected decisions from 1984 onwards.
