A collection of law reports carried by a CanLII database including all decisions rendered by the Territorial Court of Yukon since 2001. Decisions can be searched or browsed by date. Practice directions of the Court are also provided. CanLII, the Canadian Legal Information Institute, is a key service providing free access to Canadian primary legal materials. The service has been designed by LexUM at the University of Montreal (using software developed by AustLII) on the initiative of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. Materials are in HTML format. The site is presented in both official languages of Canada, English and French.
