Canadian Journal of Family Law

Website for the academic journal, Canadian Journal of Family Law, edited by Faculty of Law staff at the University of British Columbia. The journal is dedicated to family law and legal issues associated with domestic relations, and published twice a year. Articles focus on both Canadian federal and provincial law drawing on relevant caselaw. The site presents contents and abstracts of articles from Volume 1 no.1 (January 1978) onwards to date.

Administrative Law Review

The Administrative Law Review is published four times annually by the students of the Washington College of Law in conjunction with the American Bar Association's Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice. The ALR strives to develop legal research and writing skills of students while publishing articles that serve both practitioners and academicians. Each issue contains articles by practising lawyers, judges, and academicians considering legal theory and practice from a US perspective. The ALR also contains student comments and casenotes on administrative law issues.

Michigan Journal of Race and Law

website for the Michigan Journal of Race and Law (ISSN:1095-2721) published bi-annually since 1996, and edited by students at the University of Michigan Law School. The journal serves as a forum for issues relating to race and law, particularly those issues marginalised in mainstream legal writing, and seeks the views of scholars, students, practitioners and social scientists. The site includes tables of contents and abstracts of articles from volume 1, no.1 (Winter 1996) onwards, and has an Issue No. browser to aid selection.

Revenue Law Journal

The Revenue Law Journal (ISSN 1034-7747) is a refereed tax journal with an international focus, established in 1989 by Bond University School of Law, Queensland, Australia. One volume is published each year. The journal is aimed at practitioners, academics and law student. Published articles examine tax matters both in Australia and other individual countries and jurisdictions. The entire series is available free on the web, in Bond University's open access e-repository; articles can be downloaded in pdf format.

Queen Mary Law Journal

Website for The Queen Mary Law Journal which is produced twice annually by students of the Queen Mary School of Law, University of London. The articles discuss current legal affairs and cover a variety of themes, international and domestic, speculative and practical, general and particular. The contributors have diverse backgrounds and experience, including recent undergraduates and former students. The website presents issues back to no. 5 online in PDF format.

Journal of Gender, Social Policy and the Law

Web pages for the Journal of Gender, Social Policy and the Law, published three times a year from 1992 onwards, and edited by students at the Washington College of Law. The journal publishes articles addressing social and political equality under the law, and aims to attract those interested in gender issues and feminist legal studies. The website provides tables of contents from 1992, together with the first few pages of articles from Volume 7 (1998-99) onwards. Subscriptions can be purchased from William S. Hein and Co. Full text is available through LEXIS and Westlaw.

William and Mary Law Review

Web pages for the William and Mary Law Review (ISSN: 0043-5589), edited by students and staff at the William and Mary School of Law at Williamsburg, Virginia, USA. The journal began publication in 1957 and is currently published six times a year. Articles written by academics, students and practitioners cover a wide range of legal and public issues. The website provides tables of contents from Volume 36 (1994-1995) onwards, together with full text of articles in the current volume.

Jersey Legal Information Board

Official Jersey law site, produced by the Jersey Legal Information Board. Provides case law, primary and secondary legislation, journal articles and related information. Revised laws, laws as enacted and annotated laws are available. The Jersey Law Reports are provided from 1985 to 2009 and unreported judgments from 1997 onwards, together with practice directions, court rules and other court information.

Harvard Blackletter Law Journal

The Harvard Blackletter Law Journal (ISSN:0897-2761), is published annually by students at Harvard Law School, with the assistance of a faculty advisory board. The journal aims to disseminate legal literature, thought and ideas which have direct impact on theAfrican American and other minority communities, by questioning traditional constitutionalism and promoting civil rights, especially issues of law and race, gender, class and sexuality.

Harvard Law Review

Website of the Harvard Law Review (ISSN 0017-811x) published eight times a year from November through to June. This well-established scholarly journal began publishing in 1887, and is currently edited independently by students at the Harvard Law School, Harvard University. The primary aim is to provide an effective research tool for practising lawyers and students of law. The journal includes articles, cases and comments made freely available in full text (PDF). Full text issues are provided from 2004 onwards.
