New Zealand Refugee Law

New Zealand Refugee Law (RefNZ) provides a searchable database of all the decisions of New Zealand's Refugee Status Appeals Authority (RSAA), the full text of leading decisions, and Practice Notes of the RSAA. New Zealand High Court and Court of Appeal cases dealing with refugee issues are also provided, together with headnotes and a contents index. RefNZ additionally includes papers analysing on New Zealand refugee cases and a forum for comment on current refugee issues. Further sections of the site offer news, comments and statistics.

ASIL Insights publishes pieces highlighting developments in international law, aiming to inform decision-makers, the legal profession and the public by means of short articles. Maori Law Review

Website for Maori Law Review, a monthly periodical reporting law affecting Maori, the indigenous people of New Zealand/Aotearoa. The Review covers decisions of the Maori Land Court and general courts, reports of the Waitangi Tribunal and publications of government and law schools. The Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993 and related law; legislative, regulatory and rule changes are also covered. The site complements the printed version and contains the full-text of all issues from December 1993 onwards except the latest few months. A site search engine is available.

Ko'aga Rone'eta: a journal of human rights

Ko'aga Rone'eta is an online journal of human rights and humanitarian affairs, produced as a joint publication of Equipo Nizkor and Derechos Human Rights (Internet based human rights organisations). Ko'aga Rone'eta offers articles on human rights and humanitarian issues written by professionals and students of the field. Articles are organized by 9 main topics or series. Some documents are in English and others in Spanish. The journal aims to encourage thinking about human rights issues and promote human rights recognition worldwide.
