CrimeLine

CrimeLine is an online weekly journal made freely available when you register on the website. CrimeLine is produced by Andrew Keogh of Keogh Solicitors and is intended for criminal lawyers featuring legal news, recent cases, new legislation and training. Case digests link to Casetrack providing access to full-text judgments. The site also includes a wiki covering criminal law in England and Wales. Other facilities on the site include a distance-learning CPD scheme, a help page and discussion forum.

Commercial Bar Association

Website of the London based Commercial Bar Association (COMBAR) an organisation representing barristers who work in the field of international or commercial law. The site provides background information on COMBAR, the Commercial Bar, the work of a barrister and services offered by commercial barristers. The COMBAR Directory lists the chambers and individual barristers who are members of COMBAR. Publications including speeches, responses and articles can be downloaded from the site in full text along with conference papers.

Criminal Bar Association

Website of the Criminal Bar Association (CBA) a specialist bar association which "exists to represent the views of the practising members of the independent criminal Bar in England and Wales." The site includes full-text CBA newsletters from 2001 onwards, a list of events and lectures held by the organisation and recent reports of the CBA working parties. A selection of papers and fact sheets are also available to download.

Citizens Advice

Website provides information for the UK general public on law and rights relating to privacy, benefits, housing, employment, debt, consumer protection, immigration and other topics. It is produced by Citizens Advice. Where appropriate, users are clearly directed to additional sources of expert advice, so that they can find further help on questions. The site is in Welsh and English.

Law Centres Federation

Website of the Law Centres Federation (LCF) the co-ordinating body for law centres in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. The site includes background information about the LCF and the history and development of law centres and access to justice. Guidance is given to the work of the law centres along with contact details to all law centres arranged by region. Policy and research documents, leaflets and copies of the LCF newsletter are also provided. Parts of the site are restricted to members only.

England and Wales High Court (Technology and Construction Court) Decisions

A BAILII database containing decisions of the Technology and Construction Court of the High Court of England and Wales. The TCC hears claims relating to building, construction, engineering and computing disputes. The database features all decisions made publicly available through the Courts service from 1997 onwards to date. Cases are listed alphabetically by party name and chronologically by year with a sophisticated search facility and Recent Cases listing.

England and Wales High Court (Queen's Bench Division) Decisions

BAILII database containing decisions of the Queen's Bench Division of the High Court of England and Wales. The database contains selected decisions with the earliest from 1541. Most of the judgements date from 1997 onwards.Material included in the database has been made available to the Courts Service. Administrative Court and Crown Office List decisions are excluded and feature in a separate BAILII database dedicated to Administrative Court decisions.
