The website of the Vera Institute of Justice is an online information resource offering information about the Institute's activities in the field of criminal justice. Its scope is international, though its head office is based in New York. The Institute works with government officials in New York as well as those in other countries and the site describes these working relationships. The site gives details of the many projects the Institute supports dealing with immigration and justice, youth justice, policing, sentencing and corrections and the judicial process.

Critical Criminology

Critical Criminology is an international peer-reviewed journal published by Springer on behalf of special interest sections of the American Society of Criminology and the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences. The journal offers postcolonial, anarchist, feminist, Marxist, cultural, integrative, peace-making, postmodernist, queer, indigenous, southern and green perspectives on criminology. Full text is available to subscribers only but a number of articles are open access.

Centre for Criminology

Website of the Centre of Criminology, a research unit at the University of Cape Town's law faculty. Research at the Centre is focused on public safety, criminal justice and crime. Its website gives details of the centre's research and teaching, together with events information.

Scottish Association for the Study of Offending

The Scottish Association for the Study of Offending (SASO) promotes research into causes and prevention of crime and the effects of crime. Its website has information about its aims and activities, including annual conferences. The Archives page provides recordings of conference sessions and the Journal page has issues of the now-defunct Scottish Journal of Criminal Justice Studies from 2003 to 2016.

Scottish Centre for Crime and Justice Research

The Scottish Centre for Crime and Justice Research (SCCJR) is a research collaboration between the Universities of Glasgow, Edinburgh, Edinburgh Napier, Stirling and Strathclyde, aiming to improving the criminal justice research infrastructure in Scottish Higher Education Institutions and carry out criminal justice research relevant to Scotland. Its website has details of the Centre's projects and makes available publications and seminar/workshop videos, as well as a podcast focusing on researchers and their work.

Website of Victim Support Europe a network of national victim support organisations in Europe founded in 1990. The site has organisational information including a copy of the constitution and contact details for the member organisations that make up Victim Support Europe.

Council of Europe: Economic Crime and Cooperation Division

The Council of Europe's Economic Crime and Cooperation Division brings together information on the work of relevant CoE committees and provides conventions, projects, standards and details of monitoring activities. Areas of focus include corruption, money laundering, cybercrime, judicial cooperation, exploitation of human beings, and organised crime. Details of conferences, meetings, other events and press releases are also available. The site is in English and French.

VictimLaw

Website of VictimLaw an online information source on victims' rights in the United States provided by the National Center for Victims of Crime. The site provides access to a database of full text federal and state laws, tribal laws, constitutional amendments, court rules and court decisions relating to victimsã rights. The database uses a guided search facility where the user can search by topic (the nine core victims' rights), jurisdiction, keyword or citation.
