Website of the Bombay Bar Association (BBA) which represents lawyers on the original side (as opposed to the appellate side) of the Bombay High Court. The site provides information about the BBA and about the Bombay High Court including daily cause lists (case schedules), notices and a list of sitting judges. There is background information to the legal system in India and links to other legal websites including Indian courts, judgements and statutes. Parts of this site are still under development.

Vrhovni sud Republike Hrvatske

Official website of the Supreme Court of Croatia. The site explains the structure of the court and gives information on judicial power in Croatia. It also has an outline of the court system. Details of public sessions and court statistics are given, along with summaries of articles by justices of the court. There is also a page of links to other Croatian courts. The site can be viewed in English and Croatian

Ustavni Sud Republike Hrvatske

Official website of the Constitutional Court of Croatia which is based in Zagreb. The site provides profiles of the President and the judges of the Constitutional Court and related legal documents including the Croatian Constitution in full-text and the Rules of Procedure of the Court. There is background, historical and organisational information on the Court and its jurisdiction. Full text decisions of the Court can be searched or browsed on the site in Croatian only. The website can be viewed in Croatian and English.

Croatian Legal System and Legal Research

Online guide to the Croatian legal system written by Dunja Kuecking who is head of the Center for Legal Research and Documentation at Intellectio Luris a Croatian legal database, Milivoje Zugic a specialist in land registry law and Marija Glibota a legal information specialist at Intellectio Iuris. The guide is published on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law.

Courts Administration Authority for South Australia

Website of the Courts Administration Authority (CAA) the body providing administration services to the state courts in South Australia. The site gives background information to the role and functions of the various South Australia courts including the Supreme Court, District Court, Magistrates Court, Environment, Resources and Development Court, Youth Court, Coroner's Court, Industrial Relations Court and Drug Court. Full text judgements, sentencing remarks and case lists are also provided.

Federal Court of Australia

Official website of the Federal Court of Australia. The site provides background information about the Court and its jurisdiction (including admiralty jurisdiction) and links to the relevant statutes. Details of the Court's judges are given on the site and there are links to Court lists and sittings and Federal Court rules and regulations. There is practical information about applying to the Court, the mediation work carried out by the Court, native title proceedings, anti-discrimination law, bankruptcy and information for witnesses.

Guide to Caribbean Law Research

Online guide to researching Caribbean law written by Yemisi Dina who is Head of Public Services at the Osgoode Hall Law Library, York University, Ontario in Canada. The guide is published on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law. The author covers all the dependent and independent Caribbean states describing their legal and court systems, sources of legislation and law reports.

Guide to legal research in Costa Rica

Online guide to legal research in Costa Rica written by Roger A. Petersen, a partner with Petersen & Philps of San Jose, Costa Rica, and published on New York University's Globalex website. The author presents a brief history of Costa Rica and background to the structure of government, the Constitution and the judiciary. There are sections on local government, the National Registry, political parties and elections.

Tribal Court Clearinghouse

Website of the Tribal Court Clearinghouse which is produced by the Tribal Law Policy Institute and acts as a resource for "American Indian and Alaska Native Nations, American Indian and Alaska Native people, tribal justice systems, victims services providers, tribal service providers, and others involved in the improvement of justice in Indian country." The site contains links to articles, Tribal Court decisions, Supreme Court Indian Decisions, relevant Federal laws and agencies and pending Federal legislation.

Solicitors' Association of Higher Court Advocates

Website of the Solicitors' Association of Higher Court Advocates (SAHCA), which was formed in 1994 to advance the cause of solicitor advocates practising in the higher courts. The website has information about the aims of SAHCA, profiles and contact details for key officers and a members' directory. Details of seminars and conferences, PDF versions of agendas and minutes of committee meetings and full-text copies of the association's quarterly newsletter, Solicitor Advocate are also available on the site.
