Courts of British Columbia

Official website for the British Columbia (BC) courts. The site contains a database of BC Supreme Court and Court of Appeal judgments from 1990 onwards, together with links to the BC Provincial Court's judgments on that court's own website. Instructions for obtaining copies of official original versions of judgments are provided. The judgments can be searched by court, date, party name and/or key word; they can also be browsed by year.

Alberta Courts

Official website for the Alberta Court of Appeal, Court of Queen's Bench and Provincial Court. The site provides a database of judgments of the Court of Appeal and Provincial Court from 1998 onwards, and most judgments are available within 48 hours of issue. Judgments can be viewed in full-text in PDF format online. A free-text search engine is included. The site also gives court descriptions, notices, hearing lists, court calendars, practice directions and publications. Subscription services are available to provide RSS feeds of new material added.

Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia

Webpages of the Constitutional Court of Slovenia, founded in 1963, and remodelled under the 1991 Constitution of Slovenia. Under the Constitutional Court Act (1994), the Court is "the highest body of judicial authority for the protection of constitutionality, legality, human rights and basic freedoms" in Slovenia. This site presents basic information about the Court (history, powers, composition) and the full-text, in HTML, of the Constitution of Slovenia of 1991 and of the Constitutional Court Act of 1994.

Finland Supreme Administrative Court (Korkein Hallinto-Oikeus)

The website of the Supreme Administrative Court of Finland provides cases from 2002 onwards (in Swedish or Finnish) and selected case summaries in English from 2017 onwards. It also makes available the Court's annual reports, together with procedural and other information. The full site is available in Finnish and Swedish, with limited versions in Sami, English and French.

High Court of Australia

Website of the Australian High Court. The site provides summaries of new judgments, available on the day of the judgment; users can subscribe to these via RSS or email. The written submissions by the parties to a case are also available. The site provides a monthly bulletin which includes lists of pending cases, cases reserved for judgment, cases granted special leave to appeal and so on. Rules, forms and practice directions are available to download and there is a link to full text judgmnets of the Court on AustLII.

Florida Supreme Court Briefs and Opinions

A web database of opinions from the Supreme Court in the US State of Florida, made freely available on the Internet by the Florida State University Research Center. The site contains opinions and briefs from the Court since 1986 in HTML format. A small number of earlier opinions are also included. Briefs and opinions are listed by docket number. The site includes links to the University's main website, the Florida Supreme Court official site and text of the Court Rules. A search box is offered for the site.

Florida State Courts: Opinions, Rules and Other Court Documents

Official Court site offering free access to the text of opinions and other documents from the US State of Florida. Opinions from the Florida State Supreme Court and the District Courts of Appeal are given with varying back runs. The Florida Rules of Procedure are also offered by the service. Other documents provided include the Code of Judicidal Conduct, reports of the Office of Inspector General and family law forms and rules. Documents are published in PDF.

Tribunal Constitucional

Web pages of the Tribunal Constitucional, the Spanish Constitutional Court. The site describes the history and work of the Court. It also provides a database of judgments, a selection of judgments translated into English and the Spanish Constitution translated into English, French, German, Italian, Catalan, Basque, Valencian and Galician. There are English- and French-language interfaces, but most of the site content is in Spanish.

Supreme Court of the Republic of Estonia

Web pages in English of the Supreme Court of Estonia, which derives its powers and competence from the Constitution of Estonia of 1992, and which had its first open session in May 1993. The site presents basic information about the Court: its composition, its two chambers (the Constitutional Review Chamber and the Civil, Criminal and Administrative Law Chamber), its appeals selection process, its history, and legal foundation and competence. It gives statistics on the number of applications and judgements made between 1993 and 1997.
