The Ministry oversees a number of other government departments including Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Office of Public Counsel, Fair Trading Commission and the Barbados National Standards Institution. Vietnamese Legal Translations
Web page from Australian based law firm Allens which provides English translations of Vietnamese laws. This is a subscription service but a selection of Vietnamese laws translated into English are made freely available on the site. Translations include laws on enterprises, investments, securities, cybersecurity, competition, bankruptcy, construction, land and the Labour Code.
China Law Blog
Blog hosted by international law firm Harris Bricken, which has offices in the US, Mexico, Spain and Beijing. Started in 2006, it focuses business law in China. Posts are by lawyers from Harris Bricken and elsewhere.
Bar Association for Commerce, Finance and Industry
The Bar Association for Commerce, Finance and Industry (BACFI) represents barristers employed in a commercial environment in England and Wales, as well as non-practising barristers, self-employed barristers, students, overseas lawyers working in the UK and retired barristers. The Association's website gives details of officers and members of the General Committee and contact details of BACFI members from a range of industries who are able to provide careers advice to other members.
