UNILEX is a browsable database produced by the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT). It contains case law and bibliographies relating to the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts. The text of each instrument is provided, along with a list of participating countries. The cases are arranged by date, country, arbitral award and by article and issues.
A BAILII database containing decisions of the Commercial Court of the High Court of England and Wales. The database contains all decisions made publicly available through the Courts service from 1999 onwards to date. Cases are listed alphabetically by party name and chronologically by year, with a comprehensive search facility and separate listing of Recent Cases. The British and Irish Legal Information Institute (BAILII) is a collaborative service working to provide free access to primary legal materials for the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.

The site gives details of the range of legal services offered and to whom, and contact information for the current Law Officers.
The Center for Transnational Litigation and Commercial Law is a centre of the New York University School of Law established to "advance the study and practice of international business transactions and the way to solve related disputes either through litigation or arbitration". The site has profiles of faculty and staff and details of courses and events hosted by the Center. Publications of the Center cover the following topics: private international law, international commercial law, international commercial arbitration and transnational civil litigation.
Website of Trans-lex a legal research tool for transnational law developed by the Center for Transnational Law (CENTRAL) at the University of Cologne in Germany. The site is made freely available online and contains four sections: Biblio; Principles; Materials and Links. The Biblio section is a collection of bibliographic references to publications on transnational law.

The Ministry oversees a number of other government departments including Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Office of Public Counsel, Fair Trading Commission and the Barbados National Standards Institution. This is a subscription service but a selection of Vietnamese laws translated into English are made freely available on the site. Translations include laws on enterprises, investments, securities, cybersecurity, competition, bankruptcy, construction, land and the Labour Code.
