Official Guernsey Government web pages explaining the functions and services of the Law Officers of the Crown in the States of Guernsey. The States or Bailiwick comprises the Channel Islands of Guernsey, Alderney and Sark. The site gives details of the range of legal services offered and to whom, and contact information for the current Law Officers.
Center for Transnational Litigation and Commercial Law
The Center for Transnational Litigation and Commercial Law is a centre of the New York University School of Law established to "advance the study and practice of international business transactions and the way to solve related disputes either through litigation or arbitration". The site has profiles of faculty and staff and details of courses and events hosted by the Center. Publications of the Center cover the following topics: private international law, international commercial law, international commercial arbitration and transnational civil litigation.
Trans-lex
Website of Trans-lex a legal research tool for transnational law developed by the Center for Transnational Law (CENTRAL) at the University of Cologne in Germany. The site is made freely available online and contains four sections: Biblio; Principles; Materials and Links. The Biblio section is a collection of bibliographic references to publications on transnational law.
Ministry of Energy and Business Development
Official website of the Barbados Ministry of Energy and Business Development. The Ministry oversees a number of other government departments including Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Office of Public Counsel, Fair Trading Commission and the Barbados National Standards Institution. Legislation and cases relating to the Ministry's policy areas are given in full text on the site.
European Judicial Network in civil and commercial matters
This European Commission website aims to provide an overview of the civil and commercial law of both the European Union and its member states, for the benefit of those involved in transnational litigation, including ordinary citizens and judges.
Vietnamese Legal Translations
Web page from Australian based law firm Allens which provides English translations of Vietnamese laws. This is a subscription service but a selection of Vietnamese laws translated into English are made freely available on the site. Translations include laws on enterprises, investments, securities, cybersecurity, competition, bankruptcy, construction, land and the Labour Code.
China Law Blog
Blog hosted by international law firm Harris Bricken, which has offices in the US, Mexico, Spain and Beijing. Started in 2006, it focuses business law in China. Posts are by lawyers from Harris Bricken and elsewhere.
Bar Association for Commerce, Finance and Industry
The Bar Association for Commerce, Finance and Industry (BACFI) represents barristers employed in a commercial environment in England and Wales, as well as non-practising barristers, self-employed barristers, students, overseas lawyers working in the UK and retired barristers. The Association's website gives details of officers and members of the General Committee and contact details of BACFI members from a range of industries who are able to provide careers advice to other members.

OHADA.com provides information and documentation relating to the Organization for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa, including the OHADA Treaty, OHADA uniform acts and implementing rules in English and French. Summaries of the judgments of the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA) are provided in French only; for the full text (also in French), registration is required but there is no charge.
