Arkansas Bar Association

The website of the Arkansas Bar Association provides information for the Arkansas legal community and the general public. The site has information about the Association's committees and sections. It provides details of events, CLE information and members-only content for lawyers. A help section includes a searchable directory of lawyers, information about access to justice and pamphlets on legal topics .

Colorado Bar Association

Website of the Colorado Bar Association (CBA), which provides information for the Colorado legal community and members of the public. The site has information about the various sections and committees of the Association. A directory of lawyers can be searched by name, practice area or state and there are details of other legal services in Colorado. Guidance for the public is provided, including a page in Spanish, and past issues of The Colorado Lawyer are available. Other parts of the site are restricted to members only.

Delaware State Bar Association

The Delaware State Bar Association was established in 1923 for lawyers in the US state of Delaware. Its website includes information about membership, sections and committees and Continuing Legal Education. Ethics opinions are provided from 1978 onwards, together with the Principles of Professionalism and Model Principles of Records Management. The Delaware Bar Journal and the contents pages of the Delaware Law Review are provided. For the public there is guidance about finding a lawyer, making a complaint and related matters, together with a set of links to Delaware legal resources.

Delaware Law Review

The Delaware Law Review is published by the Delaware State Bar Association and the contents pages are made freely available on their website. The Review is published annually and contains scholarly articles focusing particularly on Delaware law.

State Bar of California

Website of the State Bar of California a mandatory bar association established in 1927. The State Bar forms part of the California Supreme Court and is responsible for regulating the professional conduct of practising attorneys in California. The site has background information about the organisation and functions of the State Bar including news, details of events, meetings and the activities of the Board of Governors. There are a selection of annual reports which are made available in PDF dealing with disciplinary issues and the Lawyer Assistance Program.

Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law

The Washington DC-based Judge David L. Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law is an advocacy organisation for people with mental illnesses or developmental disabilities. The site gives information about the Center's work, which includes litigation, policy analysis and research. The website provides links to American disability rights organisations, a collection of amicus briefs from litigation in which the Center has been involved and summaries of the Center's past and current litigation work.

Brennan Center for Justice

The Brennan Center for Justice is based at NYU School of Law. Established in 1995, it seeks to strengthen democracy and criminal justice in the United States by means of education, research and litigation. The website has details of its work and provides a blog, commentary on current issues, Brennan Center court cases, e-alerts, press releases and publications.

Justice in Aging

Justice in Aging (formerly the National Senior Citizens Law Center or NSCLC), is an advocacy, litigation and training group based in Washington DC. It works on behalf of low-income elderly and disabled people. Its website has background information on key issues and details of cases the NSCLC is involved with. The Resource Library provides briefings, fact sheets, blogs, toolkits, reports, webinars and other material.
