Edinburgh Law Review

Website for the Edinburgh Law Review (ISSN 1364-9809, electronic ISSN 1755-1692), published three times a year by the University of Edinburgh. The Review aims to establish an international forum for the discussion of law in all its aspects by the publication of high-quality original academic writing. There is a particular focus on Scots law and the Scottish legal system, in an international context. The Review also includes a section devoted to analysis of recent developments such as new or proposed legislation and court decisions.

Journal of Environmental Law

The Journal of Environmental Law is published three times a year by Oxford University Press, UK. It contains articles on a wide variety of topics as well as case law, book reviews and legal materials (such as EU directives and official guidance documents). The website offers a few articles and papers free of charge. The full text of the journal is available online to users with a print subscription.

Feminist Legal Studies

Feminist Legal Studies (ISSN 0996-3622) is a European journal covering feminist matters from a legal perspective with special interests in both the application of law to women's issues and contemporary debate in feminist legal theory. The journal is published three times a year by Springer Law for Kent Law School, Canterbury, UK. This is a subscription journal but contents pages and a selection of full text articles are made freely available.

Amicus Curiae

Amicus Curiae is the official journal of both the Society for Advanced Legal Studies and the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London. It aims to promote scholarship and research that involves academics, the legal profession and those engaged in the administration of law. The journal began publication in 1997. The print version is published 6 times a year by the Society for Advanced Legal Studies (formerly by Sweet and Maxwell). Committee on the Administration of Justice

Equality Commission for Northern Ireland

The Equality Commission for Northern Ireland is an independent public body. They have three main duties: to work towards the elimination of sex discrimination; to promote equality of opportunity between women and men; and to keep the legislation under review. This is the only government appointed body in Northern Ireland with statutory power to enforce the Sex Discrimination (Northern Ireland) Order 1976 and the Equal Pay Act (Northern Ireland) 1970 as amended.

The Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) is the senior court in England and Wales which deals with appeals from decisions of the Employment Tribunals. It includes details of publications, many of which are available in full-text online, a blog, and extracts from press reports quoting the CER statements. Research topics currently include EU foreign policy, competitiveness, enlargement, EU institutions and the Euro.
