Supreme Court of Fiji Decisions

A PacLII database containing selected decisions of the Supreme Court of Fiji from 1909 onwards. The cases can be browsed by name or year, and there is a search facility. PacLII, the Pacific Islands Legal Information Institute, provides legislation and cases for jurisdictions in the South Pacific; it is a joint initiative of the University of the South Pacific and the Australasian Legal Information Institute.

High Court of the Cook Islands Decisions

A PacLII database containing decisions of the High Court of the Cook Islands from 1977 onwards. Cases are listed by name and year, and there is a search facility. PacLII, the Pacific Islands Legal Information Institute, provides free access to legislation and cases for jurisdictions in the South Pacific; it is a joint initiative involving the University of the South Pacific and the Australasian Legal Information Institute.

Court of Appeal of New Zealand decisions

An NZLII (New Zealand Legal Information Institute) database providing decisions of the New Zealand Court of Appeal. Most of the cases are from the 1990s onwards, but many earlier cases are also available, back to one from 1867. Cases are listed by name and year, and there is a search facility. NZLII is a joint project of the University of Otago Faculty of Law, the Victoria University of Wellington Faculty of Law and the Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII).

England and Wales High Court (Chancery Division) Decisions

A BAILII database containing decisions of the Chancery Division of the High Court of England and Wales. Most of the cases are from the 1990s onwards, but a few earlier cases are available, back to 1595. Cases are listed by party name and year, and there is a search facility. The British and Irish Legal Information Institute (BAILII) provides free access to primary legal materials for the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.

Hong Kong Legal Information Institute: Legislation

Legislation of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, on the HKLII website (Hong Kong Legal Information Institute). Includes current ordinances and regulations; constitutional instruments; historical laws (revised editions of laws from 1890 onwards); arrangements with the Macao SAR and mainland China; bilateral agreements; and multilateral treaties. The documents are available in Chinese or English, except for the historical laws, which are in English only.

World Legal Information Institute

The World Legal Information Institute (WorldLII) is a collaborative initiative providing free access to legislation, case law, treaties, law reform reports and law journals for jurisdictions worldwide. Users can browse by country or region, or by type of legal literature (legislation, case law and so on), and search facilities are available. WorldLII was developed by the Australasian Legal Information Institute and partner institutions.

Resolution Institute

Website of the Resolution Institute, an organisation formed following a merger between the Australian Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators (IAMA) and the Leading Edge Alternative Dispute Resolvers (LEADR). The Resolution Institute is a non profit membership organisation promoting arbitration and facilitating the sharing of knowledge about alternative dispute settlement throughout associated professions and industries. The site provides membership information including training, qualifications, events etc.

Law Handbook Online- Victoria

Electronic version of the Law Handbook, a practical, plain English guide to the law in Australia. The Handbook was compiled, and made freely available online, by the Fitzroy Legal Service a community legal centre based in Victoria. The Law Handbook is arranged by topic headings such as dealing with the legal system, families and children, managing your money, fair treatment, buying and selling and dealing with the government. The text has links to external web resources including legislation and organisations, other sections within the Handbook and words featured in the glossary.

Caribbean Law Project

The Caribbean Law Project provides access to the legal materials of Caribbean countries via CommonLII, the Commonwealth Legal Information Institute website. The collection includes databases of cases and legislation from: Anguilla; Antigua & Barbuda; the Bahamas; Barbados; Belize; British Virgin Islands; Cayman Islands; Dominica; Grenada; Guyana; Jamaica; St Kitts & Nevis; St Lucia; St Vincent & the Grenadines; Trinidad & Tobago. It is also possible to search external legal websites listed on the catalogue pages of each of the Caribbean jurisdictions.
