Judicial Conduct Investigations Office
The official website for the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office (JCIO). The JCIO took over the responsibilities of the Office for Judicial Complaints (OJC) in 2013. The website provides information on the role of the JCIO, how to make a complaint about the personal conduct of judicial office holders, relevant rules and regulations, and JCIO/OJC annual reports from 2006. Disciplinary statements are available on the website.

The Archbishop of Canterbury’s Faculty Office is responsible for regulating notaries in England and Wales. Its website provides the current notarial rules and a list of notaries, together with information about becoming a notary.
British History Online
Digital library of British historical sources from the 11th to 19th centuries, provided by the Institute of Historical Research, University of London. Includes an Administrative and Legal History section, with acts of the Privy Council, the Statutes of the Realm, records of the courts of quarter sessions and assize courts, the Acts and Ordinances of the Interregnum and many other materials.

Care Quality Commission
The Care Quality Commission is the independent regulator of all health and adult social care services in England. Its website provides information about what people can expect from health and social care providers, as well as results of reports and inspections. These can be searched by name, location or postcode, and are available to download in PDF format. The site also provides additional links to relevant health and social care organisations and information services.

Building Regulations
This part of the UK government website provides guidance on obtaining approval for building work. There is a link to the Building Regulations which promote standards for the construction and energy efficiency of buildings in England and Wales. There is a link to the Planning Portal site which gives guidance to planning rules and building regulations for the most common building work projects for the home including extensions and conservatories.

This collection, provided by the Cabinet Office brings together all documents relating to public bodies. This includes documents related to reform of public bodies, public bodies and guidance for departments. The reports provide data relating to each executive agency, non-departmental public body, and non-ministerial department. Includes annual editions of the annual publication (now ceased), Public Bodies, 1997 to 2015.
