Pakistan Constitution

Electronic copy of the 1973 Constitution of Pakistan made freely available online by the Comparative Constitutions Project at the University of Texas at Austin. The Constitution can be viewed in PDF or HTML and is amended up to 2018. There are chapters on fundamental rights, the federation of Pakistan, the judicature and Islamic provisions.

Constitutional Court of Morocco

Website of the Moroccan Constitutional Court, which provides a searchable collection of court decisions, 2017 onwards (in Arabic), accompanied by indexes of decisions of the Constitutional Council (1999-2009) and Constitutional Chamber (1972-1986). There site also includes resolutions, court rules, the 2011 Constitution of Morocco and the Law on the Constitutional Court (in Arabic and French), and other laws (Arabic only). The Constitutional Court Review, which publishes cases, is available from 2008 onwards in French and/or Arabic.

Union of Arab Constitutional Courts and Councils

The Union of Arab Constitutional Courts and Councils (UACCC) is a network for constitutional bodies in the Arab world, founded in 1997 to foster constitutional justice and facilitate the exchange of ideas and expertise. Its website provides its founding document and rules, lists member states and gives details of its journal and symposiums. There is also a digital library, for which registration is required. The site is available in English and Arabic.

Association of Asian Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Institutions (AACC)

Asian constitutional courts network, established in 2010 to exchange ideas and best practice for the promotion of constitutional democracy and the rule of law. The AACC website outlines its aims and activities and gives brief details of the constitutional courts of the member states. The Library section includes the Association’s Statute, annual reports, newsletter, annual reports, declarations and conference proceedings; it also provides constitutional court decisions / decision summaries (mainly Indonesian), a few articles and reports, and other material.

Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia

Website of the Library of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia. The site and its content are for the most part available in both Indonesian and English, but not all of the most recent content is available in English. Users can freely access the Court’s decisions, news announcements; journals and magazines about the Court and Indonesian constitutional law; and information about the Court's history, purpose and structure.

Major Pending Election Cases

This database is a project of the Election Law Program at The Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law, made freely available online in partnership with the SCOTUSblog website. The database provides case summaries, comprehensive court filings and expert commentary about important election law cases from around the United States. The case tracker can be searched by date, name, state, status and topic. Along with the case summaries there are links to associated court documents. It is also possible to view all cases relating to the 2020 presidential election results.

Constitution of South Sudan

Electronic copy of the 2011 Constitution of South Sudan, amended up to 2013 and made freely available by the Comparative Constitutions Project at the University of Texas at Austin. The Constitution is provided in PDF and includes sections on the Bill of Rights, citizenship and nationality, the decentralised system of government and the executive, legislative and judicial functions.
