OTIF is involved with the development of rail transport law including areas such as contracts of carriage for the international carriage of passengers and goods, the carriage of dangerous goods and the removal of obstacles to the crossing of frontiers in international rail transport. The site has information about OTIF and its activities, a list of member states and an annual bulletin that is free to download (PDF).
