The National Archive of Criminal Justice Data (NACJD) is based at the Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR) at the University of Michigan. It provides US-focused criminal justice data collections for research, policy-making and teaching, covering corrections (prisons, parole and probation), forensic science, juvenile justice and delinquency, law enforcement, sentencing and victims of crime. It includes the data from the National Crime Victimization Survey, the National Jail Census, the Annual Survey of Jails, Mortality in Correctional Institutions and other well-known surveys and reporting programmes. The archive also includes studies, articles and other publications.
