The Court's jurisdiction includes "the review of laws, decrees and ordinances with Title II of the Constitution (Articles 8 to 32 on the rights and freedoms of the Belgians) and with Articles 170 and 172 (legality and equality of taxes) and 191 (protection of foreign nationals)", and derives its authority from the Belgian constitution. Judgments are given back to 1985 with full texts available in French and Dutch and summaries in English. There is information on the organisation and jurisdiction of the court. A copy of the Constitution and other laws relating to the Court are also given on the site in English. The site can be viewed in Dutch, French, German and English.
