A CanLII database including decisions released by the Territorial Court of the North West Territories since June 2001. Decisions can be searched or browsed by date. CanLII, the Canadian Legal Information Institute, is a key service providing free access to Canadian primary legal materials. The practice rules of the Court are also made available on the site. The service has been designed by LexUM at the University of Montreal (using software developed by AustLII) on the initiative of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. The site is available in both official languages of Canada, English and French. The decisions are also carried by the Court Library System website.
