A CanLII database including all decisions made by the Court of Appeal of Ontario since June 1994 with selected decisions from 1876 onwards also provided. The documents come from the Court's website. Decisions can be searched or browsed by date. CanLII, the Canadian Legal Information Institute, is a key service providing free access to Canadian primary legal materials. The service has been designed by LexUM at the University of Montreal (using software developed by AustLII) on the initiative of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. The site is available in both official languages of Canada, English and French. The Court decisions texts are available in English only.
