A CanLII database containing all decisions of the Court of Appeal of Manitoba since 1998 and many earlier decisions; the data is supplied by the Court's official website. Decisions can be searched or browsed and there is a listing of recent decisions. CanLII, the Canadian Legal Information Institute, is a key service providing free access to Canadian primary legal materials. The service was designed by LexUM at the University of Montreal using software developed by AustLII, on the initiative of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. It is in English and French.
