WorkLife Law is a non-profit research and advocacy centre based at the University of California, Hastings College of Law. Worklife Law is concerned discrimination against workers with family responsibilities including pregnant women, parents and those with ageing parents or sick partners. The site has information for lawyers and trade union representatives; model policies and best practice guides for employers; and information about training. The Get Help section has FAQs about family responsibilities discrimination; briefings about workplace pregnancy accommodations and students' rights; and a table of US state, federal and local laws protecting family caregivers at work.
