Chartered Institute of Legal Executives

The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) is the professional organisation representing legal executives and trainee legal executives in the United Kingdom. Established in 1963 to provide education and training facilities particularly for non solicitor staff employed in fee earning work and in the management of firms. CILEX is also involved in the development and regulation of the professional conduct and practice standards of its members. The website provides information about legal executives, their role and how to qualify as a legal executive.

De Rebus

Website of De Rebus, the online version of the official monthly journal of the Law Society of South Africa. The journal covers a broad range of subjects of interest to the legal profession, including tax matters, labour and family law, civil procedure and third-party matters. Monthly sections are included analysing constitutional cases and new legislation, and new developments in the legal profession. Issues of De Rebus are made freely available on the site in full-text back to 1998.

Association of Child Abuse Lawyers

Law Society of New South Wales

Website of the Law Society of New South Wales, the professional association for the solicitor's branch of the legal profession in the State of New South Wales, Australia. The site offers legal, professional and management resources for solicitors including access to the Law Society Journal, Caveat Bulletin, Library Catalogue, Law Society Precedents, information on professional conduct and regulation. Many of these are restricted to members only. Information aimed at the public includes advice on a number of legal topics, dealing with a lawyer and making a complaint.

Law Society of Ireland

Website of the Law Society of Ireland. The Society, established in 1773, works to improve access to the law generally and also provides representation, services and support for solicitors. It exercises statutory functions in relation to the education, admission, enrolment, discipline and regulation of the solictors' profession. The site provides an overview of the work of the society and of the legal profession in Ireland.
