Online guide to the law in Wales written by Dr. Catrin Fflur Huws who is lecturer and Director of the Centre for Welsh Legal Affairs in the Department of Law and Criminology at Aberystwyth University and Lillian Stevenson who is Academic Services Manager and Law Librarian at Aberystwyth University. The guide was published in 2012 (and updated in 2024) on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law. The authors give background information on the Welsh legal system and the development of devolution in Wales. A selection of resources is given on the development of post devolution law along with sources of Welsh legislation available online and in print and Welsh law journals. There is also a section on referencing and citation of Welsh legal materials.
