The guide is published on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law. The authors give background and historical information to the legal system of Moldova covering the Constitution and the Constitutional Court. The role of the President, legislative, executive and judicial powers are also included. There is information on primary and secondary sources of law and provision of legal information in Moldova including legal publishing, law libraries and online information. Each section gives background information and points to relevant websites. The guide was originally published in 2002 and this 2010 edition is the latest version.
