A full-text archive containing decisions from the New Jersey Courts published on the Rutgers Law School website. Opinions include those of the Supreme Court from March 1994 onwards, opinions of the Appellate Division from September 1995 onwards and the Tax Court from September 1995 onwards. A series of search boxes provide access to the New Jersey Court decisions enabling users to find cases in a specific Court or search by date or party name or free text. Additional options allow the user to find documents by citation or docket number. Search help and links to other New Jersey Government and legal resources are also provided on the site.
