New Jersey Law Revision Commission

The New Jersey Law Revision Commission's official website. The Commission is responsible for reviewing legislation and facilitating the update and development of legislation in the US State of New Jersey. The website presents a list of active review projects, final reports and recommendations and enacted reports relating to past projects. Details of statutes based on Commission reports, Bills pending in Legislature and notes on projects of interest to other state legislatures are included.

Opinions of the New Jersey Courts

A full-text archive containing decisions from the New Jersey Courts published on the Rutgers Law School website. Opinions include those of the Supreme Court from March 1994 onwards, opinions of the Appellate Division from September 1995 onwards and the Tax Court from September 1995 onwards. A series of search boxes provide access to the New Jersey Court decisions enabling users to find cases in a specific Court or search by date or party name or free text. Additional options allow the user to find documents by citation or docket number.

Official website of the New Jersey Legislature in the United States. General and background information about the Legislature is provided as well as lists of Members and details of committees. Full text documentation on the site includes statutes, chapter laws back to 1996 and a copy of the Constitution. Bills back to 1996 can be searched by number, keyword, sponsor or subject on the site. Other publications provided include Senate and General Assembly rules (PDF), the Legislative Digest and legislative reports of the various committees.

Website of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) the body representing attorneys practising in New Jersey in the United States. The site has information about the NJSBA including contact details of staff, information about the association's sections and committees and a calendar of events. There is membership information and summaries of reports from the New Jersey State Bar Association Board of Trustees. The site also includes employment and careers information and links to other New Jersey legal sites. Parts of the site are restricted to members only.
