Official website for the British Columbia (BC) courts. The site contains a database of BC Supreme Court and Court of Appeal judgments from 1990 onwards, together with links to the BC Provincial Court's judgments on that court's own website. Instructions for obtaining copies of official original versions of judgments are provided. The judgments can be searched by court, date, party name and/or key word; they can also be browsed by year. The site provides descriptions of the courts, notices, practice directions, forms, hearing schedules, rules of court, annual reports and other information. A page is devoted to the Publication Ban Notification Pilot Project, which aims to give timely information to the public about publication bans.
