Official website of the Attorney General of Montserrat who is the Government’s chief legal adviser. The site provides access to all laws in force in Montserrat including acts, statutory instruments and statutory rules and orders. The Acts section has full text (PDF) legislation contained in the 2008 Revised Edition of the Laws of Montserrat along with amendments and new acts passed since 2008. The Omitted Laws section contains all laws excluded from the last revised edition of laws. There is an incomplete collection of statutory instruments going back to 1936 and statutory rules and orders (SROs) back to 2009.
A selection of judgements from cases initiated in the High Court in Montserrat is also made available on the site.
