Government of Anguilla

Website of the Anguillian government which provides information aimed at residents and visitors to the island. Anguilla is a British dependent territory in the Eastern Caribbean. There is information on the role of the government departments including the Attorney General’s Chambers which offers selected laws in full text and the Judicial Department which includes the courts, registries and coroner’s office. There is also a link to Anguilla Laws, a commercial site, where Anguillian legal information can be purchased.

Irish Treaty Series

This treaty database, maintained by the Department of Foreign Affairs in Ireland, contains entries for all instruments published in the Irish Treaty Series since 1930. Records are typically composed of the ITS number, the title of the agreement, the parties, whether it was bilateral or multilateral, the date signed and the date in force. Full-text PDFs are available for all the treaties since 1998, however only a limited number of treaties prior to this include the full text.

Regulations of the Andean Community

This part of the Andean Community (CAN) website gives access to the Community’s laws and decisions. CAN is an international organisation, set up in 1969 by the Cartagena Agreement, that established a free trade area between Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. CAN conventions, treaties and official gazettes can be viewed in full text along with decisions and opinions of the Andean Commission. Minutes of the Andean Presidential Council meetings are also given. The site can be viewed in Spanish only. 

Court of Justice of the Andean Community

Website of the Court of Justice of the Andean Community (ECJCA) which settles disputes between Andean Community member states arising under Andean Community law and ensures the law is applied uniformly. Cases heard by the Court include infringement, action for annulment, labour lawsuits and arbitration claims. Case summaries and profiles of the judges are given on the site which can be viewed in Spanish only.

EU Exit Web Archive

The EU Exit Web Archive, maintained by the National Archives, is an online archive of documents providing an official UK reference point for EU law as it stood at the end of the Brexit implementation period. This collection consists of documents taken from EUR-Lex, including Treaties, legislative documents, case law, and the Official Journal of the EU, published up until 11pm GMT on December 31st 2020. The Archive can be searched using filters including keyword, type, date of document, status at EU exit, and language.

Legal Services Agency Northern Ireland

Website of the Legal Services Agency Northern Ireland (LSANI), an executive agency within the Department of Justice, which has responsibility for the administration of legal aid in Northern Ireland. There is information about the work of LSANI and members of the LSANI Board and guidance on accessing legal aid aimed at the public. The section aimed at the legal profession provides legislation, Department of Justice Directions and LSANI guidance. There is also guidance on using the digital Legal Aid Management System (LAMS).

Supreme Court of Mozambique

Website of the Mozambique Supreme Court (Tribunal Supremo). The site gives information on the background and history of the Court and a profile of the President. Legislation relating to the Supreme Court and court judgements can be viewed in full. There is also information on the role and make up of the Judicial Council which oversees the courts and judiciary. The site can be viewed in Portuguese only.
