Creeganon) on New York University's Globalex website. It provides background information to human trafficking and looks at the efforts of the international community to address the problem. An overview is given of trafficking between the US and Mexico and between China and Vietnam, including statistics and details of legislation.

Guide to online research resources for the Australian federal legal system with some reference to the state level

Online guide to researching the Australian federal legal system written by Petal Kinder former Court Librarian at the High Court of Australia. Published on New York University's Globalex website in 2007 and updated periodically (most recently in 2024), the guide provides an introduction and background information to the Australian Parliament and the Australian court system. It gives information about the authorised Australian law report series and the authorised law reports for each state and has links to free and subscription online sources of Australian case law.

Guide to legal research in Norway

Online guide to Norwegian legal research by Rebecca J. Five Bergstrøm, an academic librarian at the University of Oslo. Published on New York University's Globalex website in 2007, and updated in 2025, it gives an introduction and brief history of Norway and the Norwegian legal system, with references to key works on the legal system.

Guide to the legal system and legal research in Paraguay

Online guide to the Paraguayan legal system, by Ana E. Rolón of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Paraguay. The guide was last updated in 2012; it is available on New York University's Globalex website. It gives background and historical information to the Paraguayan legal system, the Constitution and the system of government outlining the functions of the President of Paraguay, the National Congress and the structure and organisation of the judiciary. There is a section on jurisprudence in the Paraguayan legal tradition and on the role of the military and the National Police.

Malcomson Law is an Irish law firm specialising in health law: medical and clinical negligence, pharmaceutical litigation, misdiagnosis and public and private inquiries. Background information and case studies are provided on their website, together news, links and other information.

Justia Regulation Tracker

Website providing access to US federal and state regulations. Allows users to search the Federal Register, in which federal regulations are published, or to browse it by federal department / agency. Also provides links to US state regulations and to the websites of federal agencies. Justia is a California-based legal media and technology company providing free access to online legal materials and other value added services. 

Justia Dockets and Filings

This free resource is provided by Justia, a US legal media and technology company. It is a searchable database of documents relating to cases filed in the United States federal district courts and federal courts of appeal, from 2004 onwards. Cases can be searched by party name, court, date or lawsuit type. They can also be browsed by state, type and as a continuous listing arranged by date. Further information about the cases can be accessed using a link to PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records), for payment is required.

US Supreme Court Center

Free database of US Supreme Court decisions from the 1790s onwards, provided by Justia, a US legal media and technology company. Cases can be searched by keyword or browsed by volume / year.  The site also includes a brief history of the US Supreme Court, a list of current Supreme Court justices and details of previous justices from 1793 onwards.

Justia provides free access to US and Latin American legal material, primarily for the general public. It has introductory guides to areas of US law including personal injury, family, estate planning, real estate, intellectual property, employment law, criminal law, business law, bankruptcy and immigration. There are links to US federal and state case law, codes and regulations, as well as to law blogs, legal forms and US government information.
