The original Germany guide was written by Rita Exter and Martina Kammer (Linklaters Law firm, Düsseldorf) in 2008. The guide gives historical and background information to the legal system in Malaysia.

Legal Information Institutes and the Free Access to Law Movement

Online article about the development of the Legal Information Institutes written by Graham Greenleaf who is a Professor of Law at the University of New South Wales and Co-Director of AustLII. The article was published in 2008 on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law. The article covers the early years of the LIIs from 1992 to 2000 with the establishment of the first Legal Information Institute at Cornell University Law School.

Diversity and Fairness in the Jury System

Report on Diversity and Fairness in the Jury System written by Cheryl Thomas with Nigel Balmer and published by the Research Unit of the UK Ministry of Justice in June 2007. The report presents findings from the Jury Diversity Project looking at under representation of ethnic minorities on juries and the effect of ethnicity on jury decision making. There are chapters in the report dealing with the following issues: juror summoning; jurors who serve and do not serve; jurors at court and jury decision making.

Center for Jury Studies

The Center for Jury Studies is a research organisation and project funded by the National Center for State Courts in the United States. The Center provides technical assistance to state and local courts on jury system management. Examples of this work can be downloaded from the site. Topics covered include representation of ethnic minorities on juries, juror stress, hung juries and the impact of Employer Tax on increasing the size of the juror pool.

Association for International Arbitration

Website of the Association for International Arbitration (AIA) an organisation concerned with the promotion of arbitration as a form alternative dispute resolution. The site gives details of past and future events organised by the AIA along with the Associationãs publications. There is a directory of members which can be searched or browsed by profession including academics, arbitrators, mediators and counsellors.

International Law Book Facility

The International Law Book Facility (ILBF) is a UK-based charity which sends law books to the common law jurisdictions of Africa, Asia and the Caribbean. The site has guidance on donating books, including a list of preferred titles. There is also an application form for organisations and individuals who would like to receive books. The ILBF's newsletter is available on the site.

Website of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo. with information about the institution's history, function and recent activities. Includes laws, a legislation tracker, minutes, election information, lists of current deputies and details of committees. Coverage is from approximately 2001 onwards. The site is in Albanian, Serb and English.
