Privacy law journals are also included, as well as legislation, treaties and law reform reports.

Humanitarian Law Center

The Humanitarian Law Center (HLC) is a non-governmental human rights and humanitarian law centre established in 1992 following the conflict in former Yugoslavia. It is based in Serbia. The HLC's work includes researching human rights violations, campaigning for justice and institutional reform and gathering documentation on war crimes. The website provides court documentation, reports, press releases and other information. Details of conferences and courses organised by the HLC are also available. Victorian Bar

Website of the Victorian Bar a professional association representing barristers practising in Victoria, Australia. The site has information about the Bar including a copy of the constitution, practice rules and regulations, annual reports and details of the Bar's Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme. An online membership directory provides contact details of barristers and chambers. Full text copies of the Bar newsletter, In Brief, are made freely available online in PDF format containing articles, book reviews and news from the Bar.

High Court of Justice in Northern Ireland Family Division Decisions

A BAILII database containing decisions of the Northern Ireland High Court of Justice, Family Division, from 2000 onwards. Cases can be browsed by party name or year and there is a search facility. The British and Irish Legal Information Institute (BAILII) is a collaborative service providing free access to primary legal materials for the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.

England and Wales High Court (Senior Courts Costs Office) Decisions

Decisions of the Senior Courts Costs Office (formerly the Supreme Court Costs Office) from 2000 onwards, provided by the British and Irish Legal Information Institute (BAILII). Cases can be browsed by year or party name, and there is a search facility. The earliest decisions are in summary form only. BAILII is a collaborative service providing free access to primary legal materials for the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.

England and Wales High Court (Admiralty Division) Decisions

A BAILII database containing decisions of the Admiralty Division of the High Court of England and Wales. The database contains decisions from 2001 onwards to date made available to the Court Service and public. Cases are listed alphabetically by party name and chronologically by year. The system also offers a comprehensive search facility and Recent Cases listing. United Kingdom Employment Appeal Tribunal

A BAILII database containing Full Hearing judgments of the Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) which are transcribed or handed down by the Tribunal. The EAT deals with appeals from the decisions of the Employment Tribunals, the Certification Officer and the Central Arbitration Committee Employment Appeal Tribunal. Its jurisdiction extends to England and Wales and Scotland. The database contains judgments from 1976 to date. Cases are listed alphabetically by party name and chronologically by year. The system also offers a comprehensive search facility and Recent Cases listing.

Residential Institutions Redress Board

Website of the Residential Institutions Redress Board, an Irish statutory body which pays compensation to people who were abused as children in industrial schools, reformatories and other institutions subject to state regulation or inspection. The site has information about applying for redress, including forms and details of hearing procedures. The Residential Institutions Redress Act 2002 and relevant regulations are provided, together with the Ryan Report, covering levels of compensation. The site is in English and Irish.
