Schweizerisches Bundesgericht

The main purpose of this website is to give access to the full-text of reports of the Swiss Federal Supreme Court. The Court's main functions are deciding on constitutional law matters in Switzerland, and hearing appeals in federal law matters. The period covered is 1954- to date (with reports back to 1875 linked to on another site) and the reports are available and searchable in French, German and Italian. The interface / presentation are available in these languages also.

Congreso de los Diputados

Website of the Congreso de los Diputados, the assembly of elected members of the Spanish Parliament. The site contains detailed information on the function, composition and work of the parliament. It includes biographies of Diputados from 1810 onwards, links to TV webcasts from the chamber, details of legislation passing through Parliament, Biblioteca Digital: a digital library containing all available full-text publications of the parliamentary library (registration is required) Intervenciones: a database of parliamentary speeches and interventions.

Indiana Judicial Opinions Archive

A collection of State Court decisions made freely available online through the official website of the US State of Indiana. The site presents judicial opinions in HTML and WordPerfect formats from: the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, and Indiana Tax Court. The archive covers the years from 1999 to 2005 and the cases are listed in chronological order. Sections posting tax summaries, court rRules amendments and oral arguments are also offered by the site. Keyword searches of the whole AIIN site are supported.

Supreme Court of Tasmania Decisions

Decisions of the Supreme Court of Tasmania made freely available on the AustLII website. This AustLII database contains full-text decisions from 1987 onwards as selected and provided by the Supreme Court of Tasmania. Decisions can be browsed by date or name and searched using the AustLII search engine. AustLII, the Australasian Legal Information Institute has been developed by the University of Technology in Sydney.

Constitution of the Slovak Republic 1992

Web pages containing the full-text in English of the Constitution of the Slovak Republic, as passed by the Slovak National Council on 1 September, and signed on 3 September, 1992. The Constitution is set out under the following headings: basic provisions, rights and freedoms, the economy, the Supreme Control Office, territorial self-administration, legislative power, executive power, government, judicial power, the courts, the Prosecutor's Office, and special provisions.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Thailand

Website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand. The site offers historical and background information, a country profle including an overview of government and politics in Thailand and an outline of the Thai foreign policy. There is an online copy of the Business Handbook which is aimed at Ministry of Foreign Affairs diplomatic personnel encouraging foreign investment and international trade with Thailand. Press releases and a complete list of Thai embassies around the world are also available. Other information provided on the site is available in Thai only.

American Law and Economics Review

The journal 'American Law and Economics Review' was launched in 1999 by the American Law and Economics Association (ALEA). The Review is a refereed journal, published twice a year. It endeavours to publish international work that is accessible to the full range of membership in the ALEA, which includes practising lawyers, consulting economics and academic lawyers, and academic economists from around the world. The Review differs from other journals in the field in that it features book reviews and review essays.

British Society of Criminology

The British Society of Criminology aims to "further the interests and knowledge, both academic and professional, of persons engaged in any aspect of teaching and research, or in the promotion and dissemination of knowledge, about crime and criminal behaviour, and the criminal justice systems in the United Kingdom". The Society publishes a newsletter four times a year and a conference is held every two years. Its website gives details of branch meetings.

Centro de Estudos Judiciários

The Portuguese Centro de Estudos Judiciários was set up under the auspices of the Portuguese Ministry of Justice to train judges and public prosecutors and to carry out research on judicial matters. Information about the Centre's constitution and work are provided, as well as details of publications, including the contents pages of its journal, the Revista do CEJ. Some publications are available in full, notably its studies and annual report. The site is mainly in Portuguese, but basic information about the Centre is available in English.

Ministério da Justiça (Portugal) - Bases Jurídico-Documentais

Several case law databases are provided here by the Portuguese Ministry of Justice. Details of decisions and agreements are available from the Office of the Attorney General, the Supreme Court, the Supreme Administrative Court, the Courts of Lisbon and Oporto, and the Constitutional Court. The texts and presentation throughout are in Portuguese. The page also offers selected bibliographic data from Portuguese law libraries.
