Website of the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review, a print journal published quarterly by students at Boston College Law School, Newton, USA and made freely available in full text online. Publication began in 1971. Each issue contains articles by prominent outside authors as well as student contributions. The focus on environmental issues is interpreted broadly to allow discussion of related and diverse topics such as global warming, corporate liability for environmental damages, animal rights, the tobacco industry, and kosher food laws.

Feminist Legal Studies (ISSN 0996-3622) is a European journal covering feminist matters from a legal perspective with special interests in both the application of law to women's issues and contemporary debate in feminist legal theory. The journal is published three times a year by Springer Law for Kent Law School, Canterbury, UK. This is a subscription journal but contents pages and a selection of full text articles are made freely available.

Jersey and Guernsey Law Review

Open access online version of the Jersey and Guernsey Law Review (formerly the Jersey Law Review), on the Jersey Legal Information Board website. The journal is published three times a year, and all issues published more than 12 months ago are available. Articles cover a range of legal topics, with some consideration of the influences of English and French law on the development of Jersey law and legal systems in the Channel Islands.
