Website of the Indiana State Bar Association (ISBA) the professional body representing attorneys practising in Indiana. The site provides information about the committees and sections of the ISBA and contact details for the Board of Governors. There are links to Indiana legal services, courts and the Indiana Code. There are also links to various community service programmes which the ISBA supports. Brochures providing public information on issues such as family law and joint tenancy in Indiana are provided in PDF format. Sections of the site are restricted to members only.

Indiana Bar Foundation

Website of the Indiana Bar Foundation (IBF) a charitable foundation which promotes access to justice in Indiana in the United States. The website has information about the IBF including a copy of their annual report, details of grants and awards made and contact details for the Board of Directors. There is also information about the IBF's work which includes education programmes, research projects and projects aimed at teenagers and the elderly. An online book called the Laws of Aging is made freely available on the site and can be viewed using Flash player.

Illinois State Bar Association

Website of the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA) a voluntary organisation "dedicated to promoting the interests of the legal profession and improving the administration of justice". Information about the Illinois State Bar Association is provided in the ISBA Bar News along with contact details for the Board of Governors and information about the ISBA committees. There is a directory of Illinois lawyers and links to state courts, statutes and legislation. Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct are available to view in full-text.

Alabama State Bar

Website of the Alabama State Bar a professional organisation responsible for the conduct and licensing of attorneys practising in Alabama. The website has background information about the Alabama State Bar including contact details of officers and the Board of Bar Commissioners. The section aimed at members includes information about continuing legal education, the lawyer assistance program, details of practice sections and membership information. There is also a searchable directory of members.

Connecticut Bar Association

Website of the Connecticut Bar Association (CBA) a non-profit organisation founded in 1875 representing the legal profession in Connecticut. The site provides information about the CBA including the constitution and bylaws, press releases and contact details for staff . There are FAQs aimed at the public and a directory of Connecticut lawyers. The site also has information on legal education, pro bono assistance and advice on settling legal fee disputes. Other parts of the website are available to members only.

Courtroom Information Project

The Courtroom Information Project forms part of the Courtroom 21 Project which is based at the William and Mary Law School in Virginia, US and is run jointly with the National Center for State Courts. The Project is designed to give people using courts information and photographs about the size, layout and technology available in different courtrooms. The database includes details about US State and Federal courts and some international courts. Courts can be searched using a clickable map and selected by name, city, county or country.

Alaska Bar Association

Website of the Alaska Bar Association a mandatory organisation responsible for disciplinary issues and controlling admission to the Alaska Bar in the US. The site has contact details for staff and the Board of Governors of the association and information relating to the different sections and committees. The site provides guidance on ethics and disciplinary issues aimed at lawyers and the public. There are ethics opinions and a selection of ethics articles along with a page of web links to Alaska legal sites.

Arkansas Bar Association

The website of the Arkansas Bar Association provides information for the Arkansas legal community and the general public. The site has information about the Bar Association including contact details for officers and the Board of Governors and information about the Association's committees and sections. A selection of pamphlets aimed at the public are made freely available as PDF documents. These focus on different aspects of Arkansas law eg. consumer law, benefits and the small claims court.

Colorado Bar Association

Website of the Colorado Bar Association (CBA) which provides information for the Colorado legal community and members of the public. The site has information about the various sections and committees of the Association along with details of officers, governors and staff. A directory of lawyers can be searched by name, practice area or state and there is a resource directory to other legal services in Colorado. A selection of fact sheets aimed at the public provide guidance on legal issues in Colorado such as living wills, estate planning and choosing a lawyer.

Delaware State Bar Association

The Delaware State Bar Association was established in 1923 and provides services to the Delaware legal community and the general public. The site provides contact details of the Executive Committee and Association staff and there is information about the various sections and committees. Contents pages of the Delaware Law Review are available on the site along with copies of the Association's magazine, IN RE. Opinions of the Association's Committee on Professional Ethics are available in PDF back to 1978. There are also links to Delaware legal information and other websites.
