Minnesota Statutes, Session Laws and Rules

Online version of the Minnesota Statutes, Session Laws and Rules, compiled by the Minnesota Office of Revisor of Statutes in the United States. Current Minnesota Statutes are presented on the site in consolidated format and updated annually. Keyword searches with section and chapter browsing are supported. Minnesota Session Laws are also published on the site in full-text from 1849 onwards with the earlier texts in the form of digital images. Administrative rules can be searched or browsed on the site and the Minnesota Constitution is given in full.

Idaho Statutes

Internet version of the Idaho State Code, on the Idaho Legislative Department website. The Code, comprising the consolidated and codified statutes of the State, is presented via a contents table in title number order with links to sub-sections. There are links to the home page of the Idaho Government website, the Idaho Legislature and to a keyword search engine.

Washington Courts

Official government website for the State Courts of Washington State in the United States, covering the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Superior Courts, District Courts and Municipal Courts. The site provides information on the work and structure of State Courts including a Court Directory and Court News service with online press releases and details of employment opportunities. A collection of published and unpublished Supreme Court and Court of Appeals opinions are posted on the site for 90 days, searchable by date or keywords.

United States Law Week

Online version of US Law Week, the weekly digest providing headnoted summaries of State and Federal court decisions and agency rulings that set precedent, involve controversial issues, or present new perspectives on established legal principles in the United States. The online service is based on a fee-paying subscription. Registration for a free trial subscription and access to a sample issue are provided by the publisher, Bureau of National Affairs, Inc. In particular Law Week includes the full-text (with headnotes) of all U.S.

Nathanson Centre on Transnational Human Rights, Crime and Security

Website for a research centre established by Osgoode Hall Law School (York University, Ontario, Canada) and "focusing on three thematic pillars ¹ human rights, crime and security". The site offers information about the centre's research programme and publications supported by an online newsletter, provides access to an Organized Crime and Corruption Bibliographic Database, and publishes an HTML version of "Organized Crime in North America - a Bibliography" compiled by Stephen Schneider.

SECLaw.com

An online guide to securities law in the United States aiming to provide the "Internet community" with information "regarding the law as it relates to the United States financial markets, and those who participate in those markets - stock brokers and investors". The site contains selected reports published by the US Securities and Exchange Commission and features headlines and current new items from the SEC. SECLaw was developed by Mark J. Astarita, partner in a US law firm specialising in securities law.

United States Court of International Trade

Official website for the US Court of International Trade, aiming to provide public access to information about the Court, the history of its development and its current activities as a constituent and significant part of the federal judicial system providing corrective justice in the area of international trade litigation. The site publishes USCIT slip opinions for 1999 onwards which can be viewed in full text PDF. Rules and forms of the Court and profiles of the judges are also made available on the site.

A Century of Lawmaking for a New Nation : US Congressional Documents and Debates 1774-1873

A collection of historical documents presented by the Library of Congress, recording the construction and development of the United States of America. The documents provide a record of American history in the words of those who built the government. Titles in the collection concerned with the Constitutional Congress and the Constitutional Convention include: Journals of the Continental Congress, Eliot's Debates and Farrand's Record. Statutes and Documents include: Statutes at Large and the US Serial Set.

United States Statutes at Large

Library of Congress web service providing a digital version of early volumes of the US Statutes at Large, the official source for the laws and resolutions passed by Congress which began publication in 1845. Page images from the original published text are presented on the web as part of the American Memory, Library of Congress "Century of Lawmaking for a New Nation" collection, containing US Congressional documents and debates. All public and private law enacted by the Congress appeared in Statutes at Large in date of passage order.
