The Communication & Internet Services Adjudication Scheme (CISAS) is a UK dispute resolution provider that looks into complaints about telecommunications and internet companies. The CISAS webpages provide guidance on bringing a complaint, procedural forms, the CISAS Rules, FAQs, a list of the companies covered and information about compensation. Details of the CISAS adjudicators are given under ‘Officials’ and data about the outcomes of complaints cases is found under ‘Reports’. Based in London, CISAS is managed by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution.

Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC)

BEREC is an EU body based in Latvia which is responsible for the regulation of electronic communications markets. Its website provides background information and news about its work. The Documents page makes available all publicly-available BEREC documentation, including decisions, recommendations, statements of best practice, opinions, reports and more; there is also a facility for requesting access to internal documents.The website has also has details of BEREC consultations and information about net neutrality. Institute for Information Law

Web pages for a research facility based in the Faculty of Law at the University of Amsterdam. The site explains the aims, work and fields of study undertaken at the Institute. Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review is an exclusively online law journal. The Review's primary purpose is to examine the tensions created by advances in computing, telecommunications, biotechnology, multimedia, networking, information and other technologies. Founded in 1994, MTTLR was one of the first law journals to use interactive media to promote informed discourse about the interrelated legal, social, business, and public policy issues raised by emerging technologies.
