The Communication & Internet Services Adjudication Scheme (CISAS) is a UK dispute resolution provider that looks into complaints about telecommunications and internet companies. The CISAS webpages provide guidance on bringing a complaint, procedural forms, the CISAS Rules, FAQs, a list of the companies covered and information about compensation. Details of the CISAS adjudicators are given under ‘Officials’ and data about the outcomes of complaints cases is found under ‘Reports’. Based in London, CISAS is managed by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution.

Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC)

BEREC is an EU body based in Latvia which is responsible for the regulation of electronic communications markets. Its website provides background information and news about its work. The Documents page makes available all publicly-available BEREC documentation, including decisions, recommendations, statements of best practice, opinions, reports and more; there is also a facility for requesting access to internal documents.The website has also has details of BEREC consultations and information about net neutrality. It is in English only.

Lawdit is a UK solicitors’ firm specialising in internet and telecommunications law. Its website has a Reading Room with news items, short articles and case commentary on the subjects of IT, telecommunications and related areas of law.

Cardozo arts and entertainment law journal

The Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal was founded in 1982, and is currently published three times each academic year by students of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, under the aegis of the Cardozo Intellectual Property Law Program. Articles are published on entertainment law and related areas including First Amendment law, telecommunications law, sport law, and all areas of intellectual property law. The website includes tables of contents from volume 1 (1982) onwards and full-text access to most articles.

Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review

Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review is an exclusively online law journal. The Review's primary purpose is to examine the tensions created by advances in computing, telecommunications, biotechnology, multimedia, networking, information and other technologies. Founded in 1994, MTTLR was one of the first law journals to use interactive media to promote informed discourse about the interrelated legal, social, business, and public policy issues raised by emerging technologies. Harvard Journal of Law and Technology

The Harvard Journal of Law and Technology (JOLT) is published twice yearly by students at the Harvard Law School and is made freely available online back to 1988. Articles, case notes and book reviews are presented in full-text in PDF format covering the legal aspects of the Internet, e-commerce, intellectual property and telecommunications. Recent articles have looked at data mining and antitrust, patent law uniformity and regulating broadband internet access.The site gives details of JOLT's symposia and details of the editors and staff.

Ofcom the UK's communications regulator, covering TV and radio broadcasting, digital media, mobile and land-based telephones and the postal service. The website has information on its role and current activities, including press releases, transcripts of speeches, official guidelines, regulatory codes, legislation and government reports. There is an online safety page and the site also has sections giving guidance to consumers, small businesses and the regulated industries.
