Law and Justice Foundation of New South Wales

Website of the Law and Justice Foundation of New South Wales a statutory body whose purpose is to "advance the fairness and equity of the justice system, and to improve access to justice, especially for socially and economically disadvantaged people". The site has information about the Foundation's activities and research and profiles of members of the Board of Governors. Judicial Commission of New South Wales

Website of the independent Judicial Commission of New South Wales, a statutory body whose functions include reviewing sentencing practice, providing judicial training and examining complaints against judicial officers. The site has information about the Judicial Commission and details of members and principle officers. The Commission produce a series of studies on particular aspects of sentencing policy in NSW.

New South Wales Land and Environment Court

The New South Wales Land and Environment Court (LEC) is a specialist court dealing with environmental, development, building and planning disputes. There is information about the court including a list of judges and commissioners and a selection of information sheets which can be downloaded in Word or HTML. The site includes information about the LEC's jurisdiction and provides links to full-text laws that grant the Court jurisdiction.

Francis Forbes Society for Australian Legal History

The aim of the Francis Forbes Society for Australian Legal History is to "encourage the study and advance the knowledge of the history of Australian law". The Society is named after Sir Francis Forbes who was the first chief justice of New South Wales between 1823 and 1837. The website includes information about the Forbes Society, its council members and annual lectures. The Society's newsletter the Forbes Flyer is made freely available online in PDF. This provides details about events and activities of the Forbes Society and articles of legal and historical interest.

Website containing New South Wales legislation made freely available by the Parliamentary Counsel's Office in Sydney, Australia. The database includes acts and statutory instruments in force, historical and repealed versions of legislation (starting from January 2002) and an archive of legislation as it was originally made (back to January 1990). Acts and regulations are listed alphabetically by title or can be searched using words and phrases. The full-text of the legislation is available in HTML. The 'As Made' (sessional) acts are available as PDF documents.

New South Wales Industrial Relations Commission decisions

An AustLII database, providing free access to selected decisions of the New South Wales Industrial Relations Commission from 1985 to date. The system includes a comprehensive search facility and browsing by case name and date. AustLII, the Australasian Legal Information Institute has been developed by the University of Technology in Sydney to provide public access to primary legal materials. Materials contained in the database are selected and provided by the Commission.

New South Wales Administrative Decisions Tribunal

An AustLII database containing decisions of the New South Wales Administrative Decisions Tribunal from 1999 to 2013. Decisions are in full-text HTML format based on documents selected and provided by the Tribunal. The database offers a comprehensive search facility, case name search and alphabetical browse list. AustLII, the Australasian Legal Information Institute is a collaborative public service developed by the University of Technology to provide free internet access to legislation and cases for Australia.
