The site also provides reports, recorded talks and a blog.
Searchable catalogue of papers relating to appeals from colonial and Commonwealth courts to the UK Privy Council,1792 to 1998. Each record gives dates, party names, the origin of the appeal and other details, and lists the papers produced during the proceedings.

This paper from the Lord Chancellor's Department documents the emerging findings from the first phase of the Civil Justice Reforms, introduced in April 1999. These reforms were introduced following Lord Woolf's 'Access to Justice' report.
