Sussex European Institute

Sussex European Institute (SEI) is a research centre based at the University of Sussex and a Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence. It specialises in teaching and research in the broad areas European integration, representative politics and the politics of ethnicity, citizenship and migration, taking an interdisciplinary approach. The website provides detailed information on the aims and activities of the Institute. This is part of the website of the European Commission's Directorate General for Trade. It is devoted to EU trade policy instruments and the WTO system of international trade. It includes a database of information about WTO disputes involving the EU. There are sections about the Trade Barriers Regulation, anti-dumping and anti-subsidy rules, safeguards, the Injurious Pricing Regulation, trade defence instruments and EU Monitoring of third country commercial defence actions. Legislation, reports and other documents are provided and an overview of each topic is given.

International Trade in Agricultural Products: A Research Guide

Online research guide to international trade in agricultural products written by Lee Peoples who is Head of Reference Services at Oklahoma City University Law Library. The guide was published in the features section of LLRX.com in April 2004 and provides an introduction to key sources for researching international agricultural trade law. The guide has background information to international organisations and agreements and to relevant agencies of the United Nations.

In addition to the database itself, there is a subject catalogue of the documents it contains, providing brief details but not the full text.

European Aviation Safety Agency

The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) is a regulatory agency of the European Union whose role is to maintain and improve aviation safety in Europe. The website explains the EASA's structure and functions and gives information about its activities in the fields of rulemaking, certification, maintenance, environmental protection, Safety Assessment of Foreign Aircraft (SAFA) and procurement. EASA documentation is available, including Opinions and Decisions. The site also has proceedings from Management Board meetings.

The IBA International Anti-Money Laundering Forum: the Lawyer's Guide to Legislation and Compliance

This International Bar Association (IBA) website is a discussion forum and source of information for lawyers working in the anti-money laundering field. It provides an introduction to the subject of anti-money laundering, together with outlines of anti-money laundering regimes worldwide. There is an implementation chart for the EU's Third Money Laundering Directive (2005/60/EC) and another chart shows which countries of the world have anti-money laundering legislation applying to lawyers. IP Justice

IP Justice (IPJ) is a California based non-profit organisation that "promotes balanced intellectual property law". The website provides background information about the organisation including the 'Principles of IP Justice', profiles of directors and press releases. IPJ's publications are made freely available on the site in full-text in a range of formats.
