Dec.Nat

Dec.Nat is a database of information about national courts' decisions relating to European Union law. Provided by the Association of the Councils of State and Supreme Administrative Jurisdictions of the European Union, it covers more than 20,000 decisions, from 1959 to the present. Each record gives details of the court, parties, case references, subject and legislation considered, together with law report citations. The full text of the decision is not included. Dec.Nat. is available in English and French.

In addition to providing information about the organisation and its specialisations, the site carries a collection of articles written by Bird and Bird's lawyers.

Academy of European Law

The Academy of European Law was established by the European University Institute (EUI) in 1990 to promote teaching and scholarship in the fields of European Union Law and Human Rights Law. It holds annual advanced-level courses on these subjects and publishes the content as Collected Courses of the Academy of European Law. Institute of European Law

The Institute of European Law (IEL) carries out interdisciplinary reseach on European Law and is part of the Faculty of Law at the University of Birmingham. Details of the IEL programme of conferences, seminars and lectures are available. Much information is given about the mobility of lawyers within the European Union, with detail of the applicable regulations of each member state

EUR-Lex

EUR-Lex is the European Union's own free database of legal and official texts, amounting to more than three million documents.

Bar European Group

Website of the Bar European Group (BEG), a specialist bar association of the Bar of England and Wales relevant for those practising or interested in European law and issues surrounding the European Union. The site gives information about BEG's activities, details of events and other relevant material. The site also has membership information and a page of related Web links.

Durham European Law Institute

Web pages of the Durham European Law Institute (DELI), which is based at the University of Durham's Department of Law. The Institute was founded in 1991 with the aim of disseminating knowledge of European law and its work is focused particularly on European Constitutional Law, European Free Movement Law, EU External Relations Law, European Competition Law, Fundamental Rights, European co-operation in the criminal sphere and European responses to terrorism.

EIF Implementation Database

Database of studies of implementation of EU legislation, produced and managed by Dimiter Toshkov of Leiden University with the support of the Institute for European Integration Research at the Austrian Academy of Sciences. The database brings together quantitative academic research concerning the implementation of directives and compliance with EU law.

LESIJ.JS

LESIJ.JS is an open-access online journal provided by Nicolae Titulescu University in Romania. It covers covers all areas of law, but focuses particularly on topics that cross traditional branches of the law and the relationship of law to other disciplines. Topics covered include criminal justice, socio-legal studies, criminology, European private law, internet law and intellectual property law. As well as the current issue, back issues are available back to 2006.

European Journal of Legal Studies

The European Journal of Legal Studies (EJLS) is an open access peer-reviewed electronic journal covering comparative, international and European law and legal theory.  It was launched by the Law Department of the European University Institute in April 2007. EJLS is a multilingual publication, but a large proportion of the articles are in English. It can be browsed by issue and there is also a search facility.
