The site publishes information about the Ministry and its work It outlines the administration of justice in Morocco and gives details of the court system, including statistics and a directory of courts and tribunals. The site also makes available the Moroccan Constitution, treaties and key legislation including the Family Code and the Commercial Code, all in French. The site interface is available in French, Arabic and English.

Cour d'Appel de Bourges

This website presents basic information on the administration of justice in the jurisdiction of the Cour d'Appel de Bourges in France. Three French departments are included in the jurisdiction: Cher, Indre and NiÌvre. There are lists of personnel (presidents, judges and clerks) for the various courts and tribunals in the area. Basic information on the French justice system is also included. The site can be viewed in French only.

Supreme Court of Korea

Website of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Korea which is based in Seoul and consists of a chief justice and 13 justices. The Supreme Court is the highest court in Korea and hears appeals from the High Courts and the appellate divisions of the District Court. The site provides profiles of the Chief Justice and the Justices and a brief history of the Korean judicial system. There is a description of the organisation and functions of Korea's 3 tiers of courts along with background information on judges and judicial administration.

Supreme Court of Canada

Official website of the Ottawa based Supreme Court of Canada. Information on the role of the court and background to the Canadian judicial system is provided along with an outline of the constitutional framework, organisation of the courts and judiciary. A history of the Court and profiles of the current and past chief justices and justices of the court are included. A timetable of hearings and searchable database of cases is given on the site.

Judiciary of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago

Website of the judiciary of Trinidad and Tobago. This site includes details about the Supreme Court and the Magistracy, including the administration of justice in Trinidad and Tobago, and the appointment of the judiciary. Also available are judgments of the Court of Appeal and the High Court back to 1997. The Law Library section of the site provides a database of case summaries from the 1990s onwards, many of which have links to the full judgment.

Nunavut Courts

Official website for the Nunavut Court of Justice. The site provides information about the Court, the judges, and links to decisions on CanLII, and Nunavut legislation. The site also provides court schedules, court directives, Rules of the Supreme Court of the Northwest Territories (Nunavut), Criminal Rules of the Supreme Court of the Northwest Territories (Nunavut), Northwest Territories Divorce Rules (Nunavut), Summary Conviction Appeal Rules, and Rules of the Court of Appeal Respecting Civil Appeals (Nunavut). The site is presented in English and Inuktitut language versions.

Cour d'Appel de Paris

The website of the Cour d'Appel de Paris presents information on the administration of justice in the Paris region of France. The organisation, jurisdiction and history of the Court are described and information is provided about the remit of each of its chambers. There are links to the websites of the various branches of the legal profession. Recent statistics are available about the work of the Court. The site also provides details of the inferior courts in the area, together with some legal information for the public.

Cour d'Appel de Toulouse

The website of the Cour d'Appel de Toulouse gives an overview of the administration of justice in the French departments of Ariège, Haute-Garonne, Tarn, and Tarn-et-Garonne. Summaries of selected decisions of the Court are available, arranged by chamber and area of law; they date from around 1989 onwards and are not searchable. Statistics on the administration of justice are presented, together with information about the lower courts (tribunal de grand instance, tribunal d'instance, tribunal de commerce, and conseil des prud'hommes).

Drug Courts

The Spotlight on Drug Courts presents documents and information on drug court initiatives in the United States. Drug courts are defined as special courts handling "cases involving drug-addicted offenders through an extensive supervision and treatment program." These pages are presented as part of the National Criminal Justice Reference Service (NCJRS) website. A summary considers the background, ethos and goals of drug courts. Goals include reducing recidivism, reducing substance abuse among participants, and rehabilitating participants.

Vera Institute of Justice

The website of the Vera Institute of Justice is an online information resource offering information about the Institute's activities in the field of criminal justice. Its scope is international, though its head office is based in New York. The Institute works with government officials in New York as well as those in other countries and the site describes these working relationships. The site gives details of the many projects the Institute supports dealing with immigration and justice, youth justice, policing, sentencing and corrections and the judicial process.
