Subscription database providing access to legislation of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries including Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine. Legislation can be searched by country, subject, legislation type and date. An introduction and contents page is made freely available for each document with the full text for subscribers only.

Parliament of Ukraine

Official website of the Ukrainian Parliament (Verkhovna Rada). This site provides short profiles of members of the Ukrainian Parliament, details of events and news items. Abstracts of Ukrainian laws can be viewed in English but full text legislation is available in Ukrainian only. The site can be viewed in Ukrainian, Russian and English

Ukrainian Bar Association

Website of the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) the body representing the legal profession in Ukraine. The aims and activities of the UBA include active participation in the law making process, protection of professional rights of UBA members and cooperation with other bar associations worldwide. The website includes details of news and events and can be viewed in Ukrainian and English.

Constitutional Court of Ukraine

Official website of the Ukrainian Constitutional Court. The Court was established in 1997 to guarantee supremacy of the Constitution in Ukraine. Its website provides background, historical and organisational information about the Court. The text of the Constitution is provided, together with legislation relating to the Court, and English-language case summaries are from 1997onwards. The Ukrainian version of the site provides the full text of the Court's decisions.
