RePub (EUR Repository)

RePub is the Erasmus University Digital Repository, an open access collection of research literature produced by staff and students at the University in Rotterdam. Categories within the School of Law collection include materials from the Center for Informatics and Law, the Erasmus Center for Law and Society and the Rotterdam Institute of Law and Economics. There are also sections covering European law and private law and a collection of dissertations. The collection can be browsed by author, title or date or searched by keyword.

Utrecht Law Review

The Utrecht Law Review is an open-access peer-reviewed journal published by the Law Faculty at Utrecht University in the Netherlands. The journal publishes cross-border legal research, covering private law, criminal law, constitutional and administrative law, European and public international law.

Eurojust

Eurojust was established in 2002 by the European Union. It seeks to faciliate cooperation between the EU member states in investigating and prosecuting serious cross-border crime. Its website provides information on the role, structure and activities of Eurojust. Official documents are available, including the Decision establishing Eurojust and its rules of procedure. The site also provides press releases and Eurojust's annual reports from 2001 onwards.

International Criminal Court

Website of the International Criminal Court (ICC), which is based at the Hague in the Netherlands. It role is to promote the rule of law and deal with the most serious international crimes: genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes. The founding Rome Statute is available on the website, together with other basic legal texts, information about ongoing cases and annual reports. Background information about the Court is also provided, including details of its history, organisation and management. The site can be viewed in English or French.

International Child Abduction Database

The International Child Abduction Database (INCADAT) was established by the Hague Conference on Private International Law and is made freely available on their website. INCADAT provides access to decisions taken by national courts in respect of the 1980 Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. Decisions can be browsed by state or searched for using parameters such as case name, court, judges, state, date, legal basis or keyword. The full record (requires free registration) also includes a summary of the facts of the case.

Dutch Advertising Code

The Dutch Advertising Code is available here on the website of the Dutch Advertising Code Authority. This publication provides information about the Advertising Code Committee's function, procedures and codes which regulate the Dutch advertising industry. Sub-sections include procedures in case of cross-border advertising, complaint handling, and decisions on a complaint, including appeal procedures. The second section of the document describes the body of rules and regulations as laid down in the code, by which all Dutch forms of advertising are bound.

World Trade Organization

WTO research guide compiled by the Peace Palace Library at The Hague. Gives a brief introduction to the WTO, a bibliography and links to blogs and other web resources. Also mentions relevant databases. The guide is primarily intended for users of the Peace Palace Library, so it focuses on print and online material available at the Library; however, the information is also of interest to other researchers. The guide is in English.

Eipascope

Journal published by the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA), covering all aspects of European Union administration. Previously on the EIPA website, the journal is now available from 1992 to 2012 from the Archive of European Integration, an online service run by the University of Pittsburgh in the United States. Each article is provided in pdf format.
