Online article to the law and legal system of the Republic of North Macedonia written by Servaas Feiertag who is a consultant in the rule of law and justice reform in South Eastern Europe. The article was published in 2023 on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law. The author gives historical background to North Macedonia and outlines the main provisions of the Constitution.
