Online guide to international commercial arbitration written and updated by Charles Bjork who is International and Foreign Law Reference Librarian at the Georgetown University Law Library. An earlier version of the guide was written in 2014 by Susan Gualtier. This version was published in 2022 on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law. The author focuses on international commercial arbitration between private parties explaining how it can be used to resolve disputes arising out of transnational commercial transactions. There are links to primary and secondary sources of arbitration law, research guides and arbitral institutions. There is also a section on subscription-based arbitration resources.
