Published on New York University's Globalex website and periodically updated, it gives historical and background information to the law in Zimbabwe and details of the sources of Zimbabwean law, including legislation, case law, customary law and common law. There is a section on the Constitution and an outline of the court system with sections on the different types of specialist courts, including the Administrative Court, the Small Claims Court and the local courts which administer customary law. There is also information on the legal profession, legal aid, the application of international law in Zimbabwe and the availability of printed legal material.
