The Centre for the Study of Violence and Reconciliation (CSVR) is an independent non-governmental organisation based in South Africa. They conduct research, advocacy and training working with communities affected by violence and provide mental health and psychosocial support services (MHPSS) to survivors of conflict and human rights violations. CSVR research reports are made freely available on the site. Recent reports have covered civil society's role in transitional justice in Africa, climate justice and promoting transitional Justice in Africa. The site also has a searchable database of articles dealing with criminal justice, policing, inequalities, violence prevention and related issues.
